Admission Requirements & application Guide

1. Academic Requirements

    Undergraduate: Successful completion of Higher Secondary Education (HSC) or equivalent GCE A-Levels. Minimum grade requirements vary by program (typically 2 principal passes). Transfers: Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) available for students with relevant diplomas.

2. English Language Requirements

    Credit in English at O-Level/IGCSE. IELTS: Minimum overall score of 6.0 (no band lower than 5.5). TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 79. Completion of primary/secondary education in an English-medium institution.

3. Application Checklist

    Completed Application Form Certified Academic Certificates and Transcripts Copy of Passport (International) or National ID Proof of funds (bank statement for last 6 months, sponsorship letter, ID/passport of sponsor) – Original HIV test, Hepatitis B test, chest X‑ray done in country of origin – originals of test reports.  Two Passport Photographs -  Originals Police character Certificate  - Originals (Passport office/Parquet only)

4. Important Dates & Intakes

    Main Intake: February / March Mid-Year Intake: June / July Late Intake: October / November Applications are advised 12 weeks prior for Visa processing.

5. Notes for International Students

    Stratford International Business Ltd handles your visa application directly, though stays subject to evolving regulations; always consult the Mauritius Passport and Immigration Office for updates. Mandatory documentation includes: the original application form, your admission letter copy, four original passport photos, copies of your passport data pages, and financial proof. Upon arrival, you are required to complete medical screenings for HIV, Hepatitis B, and Chest X-rays at a certified Mauritian laboratory within five days. **Important: (1) Maintain both digital and physical copies of all paperwork, (2) carry original documents in your hand luggage while traveling, and (3) constantly monitor the official Passport and Immigration Office of Mauritius website for the most recent entry and application mandates.**
